Niederlauterbach.- Tonight, Thursday May 9th, 2013 at 6PM, as part of the 80th Anniversary of the prestigious Milan Triennial at the via Alemagna, a discussion will continue with the history of the International Award for Participatory Art with Luigi Benedetti, Director General of the Legislative Assembly of the Emilia-Romagna, Julia Draganović and Claudia Löffelholz, curators of the Award.
In Ready to Jump?, an exhibition curated by LaRete Art Projects for Milan & Beyond. A vision in Movement and presented by Connecting Cultures, the exhibition-event involves artists, architects, urban planners, photographers, scientists, policy makers and performers whom during the whole month of May are proposing new ideas on participation and plurality throughout the city.
Providing an overview of the different ways in which art can contribute to the social betterment of a context, such as new platforms for dialogue create alternative channels to disseminate the improvement of the quality of life through design and implementation of alternative exchanges.
